The organization that put on Saskatchewan’s first League of Legends eSports circuit is now taking registrations for its 2016 season.
Teams can register for qualifiers at SKLeague’s website until Jan. 17. Registration costs $70 per team, and a maximum of 64 teams will be allowed to sign up. All of the money from the registration fees will go towards the championship’s prize pool.
Qualifiers will start Jan. 25 and go till Feb. 25, with the regular season starting Feb. 29. The finals will be held April 23 and 24 at the Mana Bar in Saskatoon.
Team Vicious and Delicious won SKLeague’s 2015 finals, which were held at the Matrix Gaming Centre in Regina on Nov. 7-8.
You can find more information on registration and SKLeague’s rules on its website.
